A year in review

During 2021 we have continued to work hard to provide healthcare professionals with innovative digital tools and resources to support the patient journey. Here’s some of our highlights:

Continued growth of myINTERACT user base

More than 21,000 healthcare professionals actively use myINTERACT in Australia, with average growth of our user base of 23% over the last 3 years. Global reach continues with usage recorded in over 45 countries. iOS is the preferred platform but android usage has increased this year. Check out latest 'how to video'.

More collaborations

We continue to broaden the offering to healthcare professionals and now provide access to medical publications like the limbic and PracticeUpdate via myINTERACT with automated notifications when new articles are available.

More events

COVID-19 generated the need for a virtual event experience and we teamed up with webcastcloud to offer an all-in-one solution. The key learning from the virtual experience was that even after restrictions eased, it is preferable to continue to offer a live broadcast so the event can be accessible worldwide and watched on-demand at a time convenient to delegates.

Highlights for 2021 included GENCA, Diabesity 12-week Masterclass, GESA AGW 2021 and, we kick off 2022 with SHPA’s MM2021.

Pfizer Hospital US launches myINTERACT

After a successful pilot earlier this year, Pfizer Hospital US launched myINTERACT for hospital pharmacists across the USA with the goal of centralising communications for healthcare professionals from multiple providers. 100% of those surveyed during the pilot agreed that it achieved this goal.

In 2022 we will continue to work with Pfizer to connect more organisations and professional societies to create a centralised gateway for the industry.
