As the digital revolution begins to flourish within healthcare, myINTERACT continues to empower the life sciences communities to connect and engage, enabling HCPs to easily access valued resources and improve patient care. Here are some of our highlights.
New partnerships
2023 saw a focus within the Diabetes Community. As such we have well over 8,000 Diabetes healthcare professionals using myINTERACT, 55% of whom are specialist diabetes nurses, doctors, podiatrists and credentialled diabetes educators.
We are pleased to have welcomed the PCDSA into that community and are proud to have been involved with their first conference which was an all round success, including enabling over 60% of delegates to access the event remotely through myINTERACT.
Successes like this resonated across the diabetes landscape, evident in the Western Sydney Diabetes wall which experienced a remarkable YOY increase in connections of 32%.
With a growing community of ophthalmology users on the platform we were happy to welcome the Macular Disease Foundation Australia on board earlier this year. They are the national peak body for macular disease, providing free, easy to understand resources backed by Australia's leading ophthalmologists and researchers.
More features
This year streamlining has been the name of the game. Our custom registration forms were updated to offer auto-login, new users who fill out a custom registration form will be able to automatically login into the platform. There is no need for them to re-enter login details, streamlining access to your channel.
We also set up a sharing feature for connection walls. If this feature is turned on users are able to quickly share their favourite connections so peers can connect and get the benefits too.
A fond farewell...
It is with a heavy heart that we announce Sally McLeland, Client Services Director and long-standing, backbone team member of Interact Technology, has decided to spread her wings and explore a new career area. Sally joined Interact right from the word go in 2014. During which time she has worked closely with both the development team and our clients to understand the needs of the industry and help develop myINTERACT as a tool to service those needs. We would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her hard work, ideas and dedication and to wish her all the very best with her new role.
And lastly some things to look forward to...
